We initially had bees in the stables, which she dealt with quickly and efficiently, returning the following week to make sure the remaining bees were properly taken care of. The moles were rather more determined. What started as a mole problem turned into something of a prolonged campaign, but Lorraine was more persistent than they were. She came back every week for five or six weeks, was always punctual and reliable, kept us updated throughout, and eventually defeated the pesky little buggers. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and diligent throughout, and the price was excellent for the amount of time and effort involved. Both problems were completely resolved.
