Geeta Digva2024-02-22I called this lady few weeks ago to make a enquiry regarding squirrel, s eating through our Black Rubbish bin,She went through the plan that they follow, which was payment on the first visit, they will access and they lay down traps etc etc Up on arrival she discovered we had Rats and Not squirrel that are doing all the damage and eating at the rubbish, she told me Ā£50 on the first visit and will come back 3 times and keep changing bait and check the trap, s she left... AT NO POINT DID SHE MENTION SHE WAS CHARGING Ā£50 PER VISIT, JUST TO CHECK THE RAT BOXES.. TODAY SHE CAME ON HER 4 VISIT AND TOLD ME I OWED HER Ā£150, I WAS ABOUT TO FAINT... SHE WAS RUDE ARGUMENTATIVE AND VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... ID DON'T TELL YOU PRICE ON THE WEBSITE OR ON THE COMPANY CARD... AS FAR AS I'M AWARE SHE COULD JUST BE SCAMMING ME... BE AWARE DON'T TRUST PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!! VERY MISLEADING.. SHE DID NOT EVEN MENTION ON THE PHONE SHE WAS GOING TO CHARGE EVERY VISIT, II WOULD NEVER HAVE USED HER... Three visits over 2 weeks, with bait laid in all vulnerable places. Lorraine made thorough survey on first visit of all possible places where mice might be nesting/visiting.
